These terms cover every website Sites by Cade builds for your business, plus the optional upkeep plan. Sites by Cade is run by Cade Cooper in Edmond, Oklahoma. When you check the "I agree" box at payment, or pay an invoice that links here, you're agreeing to these terms. If anything here is unclear, ask before you pay.

Price (one time)

A one-page website made for your business, plus one round of small changes
Multi-page website
$1,000
Extra pages (menu, services and prices, about, gallery) or a different layout or full redesign
One round of small changes means one list of changes you send before launch, such as:
colors and fonts
wording and hours
adding or removing a service
adding your logo and your own photos
setting up your web address
Bigger changes, like new pages or a new layout, are quoted before any work starts.
2. Price and payment
One-time price. The website price is paid once. There's no monthly fee from Sites by Cade unless you choose the optional upkeep plan (section 6).
How you pay. By card through Stripe, either a payment link or an emailed invoice.
Splitting it. If you ask, you can pay half up front and the other half when you approve the finished site, or within 30 days.
Changes before you pay in full. If you want changes before paying, $100 is due up front as a deposit and the rest ($400 for a one-page site) when I deliver the updated site.
Nothing goes live until the site is paid (in full, or the first half of a split) and you've approved it in writing, for example by replying "approved" by text or email.
Prices are the ones in effect on the day you pay.
3. Refunds
Before launch: if I can't get the site the way you want it, you get a full refund of what you paid.
After launch: once you've approved the site and it's live, the website price isn't refundable.
Upkeep plan: cancel anytime; it stops at the end of the month you've paid for. No refunds for partial months.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 10 business days.
4. You own it
Your website. Once it's paid in full, the website is yours. It's set up in your own free Cloudflare account, and I'll send you a copy of the files if you ask.
Your web address (like yourname.com) is registered in your name and in your account. It costs about $11 a year ($11.17 for a .com as of November 2026), paid directly to Cloudflare, not to me. Keeping it renewed is your responsibility; turning on auto-renew is the easy way.
Hosting on Cloudflare Pages is free.
My access. You invite me as a member of your account so I can set it up and make changes. You can remove me anytime. I never ask for or keep your passwords.
Portfolio. I may show a picture of your site and a link to it as an example of my work. Tell me if you'd rather I didn't.
5. Your part
Accurate info. You'll check your hours, phone, address, prices and services on the site before you approve it, and tell me when they change.
Your photos and logo. Anything you send me (photos, logo, text) must be yours to use. You're responsible if it isn't.
Sample photos. Until you send your own, the site may use free stock photos marked as samples. They don't show your actual business.
Your accounts. You keep your Cloudflare, web address, Google and Facebook logins safe. I can't recover accounts for you.
6. Changes after launch and the upkeep plan
Without a plan: each change is $20, paid when you ask for it. Changes are counted the same way as the requests listed below, and I decide what counts as one change.
Optional upkeep plan: $20 a month. Cancel anytime.
Covers up to 10 small requests a month.
Each of these is one request: updating your holiday hours · updating your menu · changing one photo · putting a special on the site. Three changes in one message count as three requests.
Unused requests don't roll over.
I'm the one who decides what counts as a small request and how many requests a message contains. Anything I judge bigger, like new pages or a redesign, gets a quote first, and nothing is charged unless you say yes.
I aim to make small changes within 2 business days.
If the plan's price ever changes, current subscribers get at least 30 days' notice by email.
7. Previews, hosting and limits
Previews. A free preview is hidden from Google and marked "not yet the official site." If you decide not to buy, I take it down.
Hosting. Your site runs on Cloudflare, a third-party service. I'm not responsible for their outages or changes to their service, but I'll help you get back up if something goes wrong.
No promises about results. A website helps people find and contact you, but I can't guarantee Google rankings, calls or sales.
Other companies' tools. Links on your site to booking, ordering or social media pages (like Square, Toast or Facebook) are run by those companies.
Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, my total responsibility for any claim about your website or the upkeep plan is limited to what you paid me for it.
8. Changes to these terms, law and contact
Changes. I may update these terms. The version in effect on the day you pay applies to your website. Upkeep subscribers get 30 days' notice by email before a change affects them.
Law. These terms follow Oklahoma law. If we ever disagree, we'll talk it through first; anything unresolved goes to the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
